I’ve always been so intrigued by taking basil out of it’s savory comfort zone and making it sweet but I’ve never tried it. I’m loving the way it’s thrown into this drool-worthy basil and mint chocolate chip ice cream.
If I was going to eat eggplant, which is one of the very few vegetables that I’m not overly fond of, I would eat it like this ginger and miso glazed eggplant.
